Hey guys, do any of you know when we can expect to see Jenkins back? I think he was playing pretty good before getting hurt.

Newman/Jenkins/Scandrick > Newman/Scandrick/Ball

We have three real solid corners on D once he gets back on the field.

I'm sure he is out of this game. I hope he can get back after Thanksgiviing.

I read somewhere yesterday he is hoping miami.

heard on one of the radio programs that he is targeting miami....but i personally would hold him till the game at AZ....these hamstring injuries are so tricky that with the short week and with the current corners playing well i would get him as healthy as possible

I'll be glad when he's back, but Ball has played extremely well under the circumstances. It's a shame he still gets flack by the ignorant.

The way it seems, I would probably hold both Jenkins and Austin out unless absolutely ready to go until the Giants game.

Having those two healthy would BE HUGE, and we have enough talent behind them to make it through the games until NY.

he wants Miami but more likely he isn't coming back on the short week

Yeah, having Jenkins back will be a big plus...but so far Ball and Walker have done fairly well. They haven't been perfect, but our secondary has been pretty stingy overall since Jenkins got injured, so we have to give them some credit.

Same as Austin, don't rush him back:

Sun 11/20 at Washington 1:00 pm
Thu 11/24 Miami 4:15 pm
Sun 12/4 at Arizona 4:15 pm
Sun 12/11 NY Giants 8:20 pm
Sat 12/17 at Tampa Bay 8:20 pm
Sat 12/24 Philadelphia 4:15 pm
Sun 1/1 at NY Giants 1:00 pm

I'm glad Ball has gotten this experience. He's stepped up and when he goes back to being the dime-back, we're going to be so deep its not even funny. Feels like 09 again, CB depth for the win

Thanks guys. I think maybe keeping him out until the Giants is the way to go. As mentioned, hamstrings can be tricky and we will need him to be at full strength against NY.

I agree that Ball and Walker have held their own since he has been out. That is nice to see and allows the team to show some patience getting Jenkins back on the field.

Hopefully soon and in top form. Man, these injuries are maddening.

I would keep him out till the Giants. None of the teams we are playing until then are that much of a passing threat that we really need him; or at least we should not need him. Hamstrings are really nasty injuries that can easily be reinjured.

Do tell, burma, who will be guarding Davis most of the time? Maybe you can explain the gameplan since much of the Commander receivers aren't up to speed as well. Will DeMarcus Ware have a problem going up against the Commander offensive tackle again this game, or will Rob Ryan possibly be moving him around more? Think that Spencer has a stronger game Sunday?
