when does the combine start?

Anyone know, I have Sirius radio and the NFL network and I know both are covering it but who remembers when it starts? Is it always in Indy's dome like last year?

also, when is the deadline for college underclassman to declare(or not) for the draft?

Should be sometime in Feb. I would guess shortly after the Pro Bowl.

Jan. 15th. They then have until Jan 19th after that to withdraw their names if they do declare.
