Men, women, associates and recent parolees:​

There arose on the field Sunday an unsung hero. One whom has caused, by all concensus, much controversy when he let his mouth do his talking. Never a good thing in Greg Ellis's case.​

Yet, last Sunday, Ellis not only stood off the constant forays by the much younger and nimbler Winslow but seemingly demoralized the TE by game's end.​

The player Ellis at times was playing a hybrid corner and unless I am mistaken, hale fellows, it has not been much mentioned here.​

So I would like to offer a toast and a "well-done" to Ellis, who can have a record-setting year if he continues this way. His playing does his best talking. (Oh, you, too, Crayfish. You had a great game.)

Ellis just can stand the off-season. He has nothing to do but think about the newest young guy to come in to try and take his place and to worry about how he will ever survive on the mere multi-millions that Jerry Jones has paid him. He needs the action of the football field to take his mind off of such bothersome topics and to release the suppressed rage that such worry foments in his psyche. But on the field that pent up rage becomes the opponent’s nightmare.

I agree only if Spencer earns it. I like Spencer but he had 3 sack all of last year if he can play to a higher level then yes he should get more time but if not then I would not bench a guy who is proven and getting the job done.

More than a couple, I was not being a jerk about it, I know he puts effort into his posts, and he as improved markedly.

Well, yes, kind poster. I am gratified that Ellis is doing so well, while Spencer is brought along.
I am just enjoying seeing Ellis play gud.

But, yes, Spencer's day is coming. Maybe soon.
then all I kin say to Ellis, is "Hey, for who the bell tolt? Well, it tolts for you, man."

But let me say to all: Laugh at this old injured haid but never, ever laugh at my devotion to the Cowboys. In 1957 when I first became a Cowboy fan, let me tel you, it was mighty lonely being one. No one wore a Dallas Cowboy cap, no one saw no games never. But I proudly stood for mah team.
And no one ever tolt me my gramer was bad. (Also I blame Miss Kovacs, Mr. Benge and the Farmers Branch schools for my bad learning.)

You need to show that you have a general understanding of grammar before you can effectively use a satire of poor grammar. If not you don't look clever you just look like you don't know how to write at all. It takes away from what you are trying to do. Leotis is effective because he starts as one and leaves no doubt he is a moron, you try to come at people from a different angle.

I think someone got up on the wrong side of the gramer bed.

Having said that, and upon further review I now grasp what you is saying.
OK, I will work on my flaws.
I know you meant well, but it came across as pedantic.

But don't you think this type of criticism against a disabled person will only make others self-consceous?
I thought pointing out flies in posts was not cool.
But then again I do enjoy reading well craftted prose and stuff. It helps get a point acrossed.
I forgive you because you mean well.
