I don't think Dak has led a team to many big game wins in the last two years.
I think the Seahawk playoff game is the biggest but other than that, not many come to mind.
Of course it's not all his fault but he is the QB and in the end, it falls on his shoulders to lead the team.
The team deficiencies are a huge factor but the top QBs find a way to prevail despite deficiencies and elevate the team in spite of them.
If this doesn't change, because the injuries are really hurting this team this season, it will be very hard for Jerry to justify paying him $40 million per year.

He isnt going to get 40 a year because he deserves it, he will get it because theres no alternative.

I see plenty of "Dont pay Dak" around here, but not much in the way of what else to do.

That said he does have plenty to prove this year.

But either way, if ANYONE thinks Jerry is going to let him go and start over you're terribly mistaken.

I don't understand how so called fans get up for a game by talking about contract talks and what said player deserves ect. We have a big game today that we need to win possibly without either of our starting tackles.

Let's get it boyz!!!

I’m more of a Dak critic but I also believe in a fair and balanced report .

So, if you consider in 2018 we begun the season at 3-5 he won several big games finishing the season on a 7-1 run to win the division. Sweeping the Eagles for two of those big wins sealed the division for us including the OT win.

What concerns me is in Daks first 3 years he led the league in 4th qtr comebacks. Went 0-8 last year and 0-1 this year. And in all 8 of our losses last year we averaged only 17 points . And of course continued this trend last Sunday.

If our offense can’t carry this team with all we have invested in Cap and bulk of our talent , this team will struggle winning.

Agree. Dak was a Assasin in 4th Quarter combacks early in his career but lately he's come up short in pretty much all of them.

Top Off-line...Top Half-back-Top WR-Top ten Defense....the only deficiency on the field is QB! :omg:

P.S. 40 million LOL...after this season Dak will be lucky to get 40 million jelly beans!

This. His 4th quarter heroics defined those first years. Now it's a guaranteed dud. Usually QBs get better in though situations as they gain experience but Dak is going in exactly the opposite direction. Very concerning

This team hasn’t had a big game in over 2 decades. The team can’t win the small ones to get to the big ones.

NEVER HAS

I like Dak but honestly, if the team goes 8-8 or worse you trade Dak and let Dalton or Dinucci run with it. Use the picks for a QB or DBs.

Save 40M for free agents as well.

Not many. The Dak fans will talk about how he dominates the NFC East but this division is terrible.

Start looking for a replacement...meanwhile, Dalton.

When was the last time Zeke took over a game and ran all over defenses leading to win? Zeke got paid, where are the hate threads for his salary? Hypocrites.

I already mentioned that Zeke deserves blame in the game thread today. But since you are calling people Hypocrites, are you admitting Dak stunk today? Or are you going to defelct and throw someone else under the bus: Zeke?
