That we are an undisciplined and inconsistent team and cannot win against good teams on the road

We are who I thought we are, a good team and a bad team all rolled into one. Since we'll be on the road for a playoff game it is another one and done. Jerry goes for a month long trip on the yacht and hopefully buys a soccer team and loses interest in the cowboys.

Will you admit that we are a bonafide contender? We've been a contender all along. We just don't coach or play like it.

A cut above the rest in the NFC? No. I don't see the Cowboys beating SF, PHIL, LA or even DET on the road. Might add SEA in there.

What does a win mean for you, at this point of the season against a very good Lions team? Nothing. The Cowboys could win by 20 and it would still mean mothing. The only thing that matters at this point is the playoffs.

A true contender doesn't get their butts handed to them by Arizona, San Fran, or Buffalo. They find ways to beat Philly and Miami. Beating Detroit won't make up for those boneheaded losses.

If we were more disciplined and didn’t shoot ourselves in the foot then we win a few of these loses. And I won’t get into the refs. If Parsons was not held all the time our Defense would look much better..

We're a top 3 team in the NFC, I fully expect to beat the Lions at home. Do I think we can beat them in Detroit? No. I also don't think we can beat both the Eagles and 49ers on the road. Not going to happen. I do think we can get a bit lucky and beat 1 team on the road.

I'll admit that they won their last home game of the 2023 season. Their season will end on the road with a playoff loss most likely in round 2. But, as it's been pointed out, it could end in a Wild Card loss in Tampa.
