If we rest Dak, do you think it would be smart to play Romo or should we play Sanchez to avoid any possible injury to Romo or him playing horribly, minimizing his trade value. Of course, he could play great and then our QB controversy starts up again. Thoughts?

I don't think Dak gets rested. As great as he is, he needs all the reps he can get. In this hypothetical situation, though, I think Sanchez goes in. As you mentioned, there is too much that can go wrong by putting Tony in.

We should probably save this thread until we wrap up homefield. Not looking to be facetious but nothing is guaranteed. Any and everything can change the landscape of the league on a given weekend.

I think it would be a good idea for Romo to get at least a quarter of work, but I assume he wouldn't be playing with any of the starters.
I wouldn't play him unless the starting oline played as well. Would be nice if Zeke was in there too.
Maybe he just doesn't play at all

Ridiculous. Romo's the backup. Romo plays. Why the heck would you want him to have to play for the first time off a long layoff in a win or go home playoff game?

If you're scared get a dog.
Good point. If Dak goes deer in the headlights on us in the playoffs, I'd like for Romo to have played a bit before we throw him in a playoff game.
