When, Where, and What is the first big offseason move in the NFL? Not jus the Cowboys but the entire NFL. What is the first major move a team will make?

No I think all NFL teams will make every effort during Jan & Feb to resign all their own FAs, restructure contracts & probably even cut some players they don't want back for variety of reasons including cap hit. They will want everything in place for beginning of FA signing on 1 March. Will also have made contact with the agents of players they each might have interest in so physical/workouts can be conducted should there be sufficient interest. All FA signings must be completed prior to NFL draft last weekend in April. Also all teams needing new HCs will want new coaches in place no later then end of Jan because of combines, etc.
