When will the league release the 2012 nfl schedule?

when will the league release the new schedule for this upcoming season.

April 20th or so going by the last few years

It's usually in the week of the draft. Monday or Tuesday.

The reason for that is purley a PR reason. Releasing it in the week of the draft gets the NFL even nore press.

In recent years they have released parts of it in the weeks leading up to the full release. Give us the opener, then the national games week one, then a little more going forward like some Sunday and Thursday games and the Thanksgiving Day line up...........

You know, just a few crumbs to let us know how hungry we really are.

Anyone know when or if anything else is set to be announced? I'm starving!
