When will we find out our opponent?

First my cable company wasn't showing the local fox affiliate and now they aren't showing the local NBC affiliate so Peacock may be my best option
I could easily see the NFL putting a team like the Cowboys with a large fanbase on Peacock. The subscriptions would skyrocket, which is what they want anyway.

Wait a minute! There is a playoff game only on Peacock??? This is ridiculous, in no way should a postseason game be on an app most don’t want or need.
Yes, the Saturday night game is Peacock only. Cowboys would be a perfect play for that game. I however suspect it would be an AFC matchup like Browns and Jags.

You can count on a night game because we bring the money.
You’re probably right.

Honestly I am cool with any of the time slots except Monday night. Dont want them to play a Monday night playoff game….. again.

1PM GAMES
  1. NFC South champ and #4 seed will be decided early no matter who is #5, Dallas or Philly. If Tampa wins, it's theirs. If Tampa loses, it goes to winner of Falcons/Saints game. That NFC South Champ plays the NFC East Runner-Up no matter what.
  2. Lions play at 1PM. If they win and BOTH us and Philly decide we aren't interested in winning this year, they still have a chance to get back #2 seed, giving us the #3 seed and NFC East Championship.
4PM GAMES
  1. To get the #2 seed, we HAVE to win our 4pm game. If we lose and Eagles win their 4PM game, NFC East and #2 is theirs. If NFC East champions are the #2 seed, they get to play #7 seed.
  2. Packers and Rams don't play until 4PM. That determines #6 and #7 seed. Seahawks don't play until 4PM either, so we won't know if they slip in at #6/#7 until Rams/Packers results are over.
Will it be at the conclusion of the 4pm games, or at the conclusion of the night game?

Yep, they are taking 5 dollars from us. The next thing you know it will be 10 dollars.
It’s nonsense. Plus I’m a Sunday ticket subscriber. If you pay for Sunday ticket. You should get all the playoff games.

NFL is triple dipping

5 seed IMO is a better draw if its the Rams at 7. I’d rather go to Tampa than play the Rams
Hell no! We can’t play on the road worth a #@$!. All the close games go our way at home. We want a win, number two and nothing else. That guarantees us the best shot to the NFC championship, playing at home all the way, where we hopefully don’t get pounded by the 49ers again in their own home field.

The night game has nothing to do with our opponent

We will know who we play by the conclusion of the 4pm games

We will probably have to wait until around halftime of the night game to find out when we play
I’ll be shocked if we’re not the Sunday night or Monday night game next week.

But the viewership would tank. The vast majority would not subscribe. They'd just watch something else and check the scores on their phones.
