When y'all are ready, can we talk positives?

I couldn't watch the game, currently out of the country. I know we lost l, it was ugly and people are unhappy but would love to hear about what went went rright.

The Panthers only managed 16 points, so doesn't sound like it was all bad if we were as bad as people are saying.

We didn't get shutout. There ya go. The 1 positive.

Carolina is not supposed to be an offensive powerhouse this year. 16 pts is definitely good though. No INTs was upsetting. We are going to need TOs if we want to make the playoffs.

I dunno, I know I should have some sense of balance (positive/negative) but it was not good, we very well could be a 4-12/5-11 team, but that depends on the offense.

LBers were in position but many bad angles and poor technique led to missed tackles. But the positive is the scheme was good but player techniques was bad that could be no PS and possible field conditions. But the Defense as a whole looks to be a bright spot. Oh there were not a lot cushioned coverages which was nice.

Chris Jones, the pass rushing rotation, the Chido/Byron tandem, Kris Richard, and Zeke (with the minimal touches that he had). Oh yeah, and the beer at BOA Stadium. Those were good.

The Panthers OL was depleted from injuries and even had to put a TE at RT because they did not have anyone else. Yet that offense still ran over our defense. In other words the Panthers had less to work with but where still better than the Cowboy Offense.

Positives? Get ready for it....the pass rush. I thought they applied consistent pressure. Collins flash again which was nice to see. I also think Taco is taking a step forward. I also think the secondary did a good job. The defense played with aggression we have not seen is quite a while in Dallas. Heath and Lee had bad games. Heath because he can't play and Lee because he looked really rusty. The type of rust that happens when the coaching staff shelters you. Cam hurt them with a couple big runs. Lee had opportunities to shut the plays down and wiffed. I just think he needs to shake off the rust and he'll be fine.

I missed the part where Carolina ran over our defense. The misdirection runs with Cam were a problem early, but they hardly ran over us. For the defense to be out there 40 minutes and give up 16 points is fantastic.

Oh another one I forgot. Kuechly knew our offense better than Dak.
