Forgive me, I live out of the DFW area and I'm not able to watch any post-game interviews: Did any players, when interviewed seem upset or vocal about their performance?

I ask because I recall a time when you would see a Michael Irvin, a great team leader, become visibly upset when he saw guys unmotivated and a loss was just unacceptable to him.

Any footage of anyone on the sidelines during the game trying to fire-up team-mates? Not saying that would have won the game but c'mon, where are the leaders on this team?

Nobody tbh. Actually Irvin is more passionaite about the Cowboys on his Gameday show

Leaders on this team are few and far between. Remember Hatcher saying he didn't know who our leaders were before the season? Everyone bashed him, but he was right. Will the leaders on this team please stand up?

Lol you guys are truly diehard. So emo over one loss on week 2.

Every win and loss is of monumental importance in the NFL. Contrary to the cliches this isn't a marathon.

So your also at a loss on the leaders of this team as well?

Well, to me, the the NFL season is so short that each game is extremely important but we unfortunately keep bringing up that an 8-8 team won the Super Bowl last year so we say, 'Yes, it's ok to be mediocre'.

I understand that yes, it's only one game but as a Cowboy fan, I have seen lack of effort games like this all too often the last few years and it's getting old.

what league are losses not important? St.Louis Cardinals have one more last year and they don't make the playoffs.

Im kinda tired of all the "leader" talk.

We just need a mentality on this team where losing is unacceptable. These guys need to hate losing so much so that the only joy from a win is that they didnt lose!

It needs to be like Vince Lombardi said, "I'd rather die a winner than live a loser."

It was either Lombardi or Woody Hayes that said, "Winning isnt everything, its the only thing."

This team doesnt hate losing enough. And Im not so sure that is just a leadership issue.

When you have 162 games you have more margin for error. There's no way to construe an argument where a team playing a 16 game schedule doesn't have more important individual games.

attitude reflects leadership..

sean lee is a leader though.

What could be keeping them from hating losing aside from a leadership problem? I just can't believe that every player on this team is absolutely spineless. They just don't have anyone to follow.

Our best players are still trying to figure things out on their own at times. You take the good with the bad when it comes to Romo and Ware. Romo can be brilliant when he improvises but he can also be a disaster and throw some terrible passes to the other team. Ware can be a force off the edge but is also very prone to jumping offsides because he tries to time the snap count.

Unfortunately, there are no Charles Haley's out there to sign so we have a leader in the locker room. I remember a few years ago when Ray Lewis was available and thought about him having an effect like the Haley signing did.

We have who we have--for now.

The Cowboys leader is Jerry Jones. He is the mouthpiece of the organization.

I'm sure the captains will address what happened during film session. In the meantime continue hoping to see ware do jay cutler postgame interviews.

this team was not prepared today, that is on the HC

this team was physically beaten up today, that is on the players that they lay down

this team was dominted on the OL and the DL, that is on the front office that feels that OL and DL are not important

the game was over early in the 4th quarter

meanwhile other NFC east teams turned the ball over but kept clawing and fighting and pulled out improbable victories
this team gave up when they were punched in the mouth

very very disappointing loss
