Where did all the Flacco is better than Romo people go?

Might be a while. I'm loving my new chair I bought for my office. My old one was a bigger pain in my butt than the verbal diarrhea that I knew we would have to endure this offseason. It's like ground hog day here and we have to watch the pepto-bismal version of the Macarena over and over and over. Sometimes I amaze myself at my ability to be such a forward thinker.

I'm just curious is why I ask. Last week all the Romo haters said Flacco was the better QB. Today I can't seem to find them. Anyone have an idea where they went?

Had Flacco won this game I am sure some of you would have found a way to unearth my original "Flacco > Romo?" thread. Just to clarify once again for the mentally challenged, it was a question meant to encourage discussion.

Flacco had a really good "rookie" year. No one can take that away from him.

How ridiculas it is to blame Romo for the playoff loss last season when he's the only Cowboy who showed up on offense. Hopefully from this point on, most of you will consider how it takes a COMPLETE TEAM EFFORT to win ONE playoff game much less a Super Bowl. Of course I also realize that when we do win our next Championship, there will always be some morons here who insist we still need a new QB.

It also requires the QB not to lose the game for you. Much like what Romo has done this year. Last year, he didn't do that. He just regressed this year and his attitude sucked. Thats what bothers me more than anything.

Not that I was ever a big believer in Romo, to be fair. I never thought Romo could take us to Big one and win one. I just see too much of turnover prone QB and who slows down as December/January hits. And going back to his College days, seems like never won a Playoff? I could be wrong on that, but I read he never won one in College either.

Either way, he is the only hope for Cowboys. You cannot get a QB now. You just have to hope somehow Romo starts learning and plays better next season.

We'll see what happens down the road. He has a tremendous upside.

He got his tail kicked today, but he did win two playoff games on the road vs the 3rd seed and 1st seed in the AFC. So he deserves some credit for that, he didnt kill them in either of those games with boneheaded bad plays.

Nobody thought they had a prayer of even finishing .500 with a rookie QB and rookie HC, let alone the AFC Championship game.

Like it or not, Flacco has done nothing but ride a defense to the playoffs. And its been said 1000 times, but Dilfer and Brad Johnson did the same. Would anybody take them over Romo?
