This is us :(

NFC playoff standings:
1. Packers: 11-3
2. Cowboys: 10-4
3. Buccaneers: 10-4
4. Cardinals: 10-4
5. Rams: 9-4

The Bucs lost to the underdog Saints. The Cards lost to the underdog Lions. Even the Packers almost lost, hanging on for a 31-30 win over the Ravens.

And suddenly, Dallas - which will be favored in each of its final three games - is within breathing distance of the No. 1 spot, which comes with the reward of a first-round playoff bye.

I'd like to think we're #1 or #2 at the very least, but the most important thing right now is getting ready for battle. Prepare for all out war because what we're doing right now is not war. War starts in the playoffs, kill or be killed. Loser go home, so it's important to value each possession, and pay attention to detail. McCarthy is getting us ready for war.

This is how:

1.Getting us healthy
2.Getting the defense to be aggressive
3.Ball control offense
4.Sling it if you have to (mixing in no huddle, having scenarios for every event that could possibly happen)
5.Getting our Offensive line in peak position, working combinations to see which is better prepared for battle IE (Williams and McGovern,Collins and Steele at tackles, etc)
6.Getting the STs in order (knowing when to kick, how to kick in wind; Punting, pinning them back, when to return kicks or not)
7.Showing his team that he has their back no matter what (with the fight from Collins for Dak, he supported that and players love that)
8.Showing the defense and the offense that he trusts them
9.Showing the coaching staff (Moore) that he trusts them
10.Showing Jerry Jones that he's the right man for the job (and you can trust him with your franchise)

Hot take...
GB
Rams
Dallas
Tampa
AZ
SF

I have no fear of Tampa. I think Dallas should have beaten them week 1 and the Defense is way better now. The Rams are going to be a tough out. I think McVey is one of the best and Stafford is a stud in his prime. GB...don’t want to have to go to GB.

Based on last night, the Bucs should be last on the list.
The saints have Brady's number. That's four straight they've beat the BUCS now.

Dallas will end up the 3 or 4 seed, depending on the Arizona game. We r the 2 right now, but won't be in a three way tie with Tampa if we beat Arizona. The BUCS hold the tiebreaker in a two way tie with Dallas.

I don't c the BUCS losing to the Panthers or jets. Depending on what Cleveland team shows up, there's a chance they could beat green bay.

Rams would win that division and only has 4 losses. Still a 3 way tie

I think packers and bucs and then a case for whoever wants to be 3....it’s that close imo. There isn’t any juggernauts in the league this year that are unbeatable IF we show up and play a high level of ball on both sides.

dont care....4 to go then the playoff starts then we can talk about it..rankings are useless change weekly..this is a week to week league.

now we want WFT and Philly to both lose how do we do this LOL will tie be just as good?

I would move Tampa down just based on Godwin being out for the year. That was Brady's go to guy. Not easy to replace. Even with Evans, Brown, and Gronk.

The guys ranking them at the top will dog pile you for your middle ranking. How dare you suggest Dak do a few things to improve and the such...He's great just as he is!!

However, to answer your question, I put everyone of those teams right in the middle. They've all struggled at times. No one is the clear leader. So it really is any given Sunday from here on out. Our team with it's mis-firing offense can actually make a big run.

Packers are the top team
But some things are changing
Rams are a super talented team that’s under performed. That likely changes come playoffs
Bucs took a huge blow losing Godwin and can’t really afford more loses on offense
AZ doesn’t seem right and have injury issues of their own
49ers aren’t better than we are
