Where is Emmitt?

Yeah, you be right. The Cowboys team is nothing but trash. I guess if I was him, I would not want to come around this loser team.

Like another poster said...there are not any RB's that he can help! lol
(you owe me some barbecue)! I don't forget!

As soon as the Asian trade pact is OK by congress, by law, i dont own you no BBQ. my attorney gleaned that from terms of the treaty. ha ha you lose.

I'll get you for this! You will never eat the chile that I eat!

And, If Iran attacks Turkey from the rear, Greece will help!

I noticed that Mike Irvin is at camp...I noticed that other players like Haley at practice, Novacek has been around and maybe some others that we can think of?

But, how come Emmitt has not shown up, or did I miss him? I think even Aikman came around one or two times.

Not a big deal, but it would seem that he would come in and give some pointers to the RB's.

No offense, but Emmitt has always been about Emmitt.

I always love to see former players come in and help out, but of all the players that I honestly think could contribute to the development of players, Emmitt's contribution I doubt the most. His game was so different from today's RB's and in particular the rb's we currently have on the roster. I'm not sure he wouldn't do more harm than help.

Kinda...that is what puzzles me.

He did not make the Cowboys win three SB's. He is in the HOF. I guess it's just me that wonders why he does not show up to root for the Cowboys.

Again....not a thang...

OMG...this thread needs to be closed, now!

Dude...the last thing that I want Emmitt to do is coach! lol But, at least show up for some moral support.

No big deal, bro.

Emmitt never has gone to TC's in the past, or rarely did. Not that I remember anyway. So it's not a big deal. But it would be a nice gesture on his part to show up now and then.

I agree that he always seems to be about himself, to a degree. But none of this bothers me, it is what it is.
Hasn't seemed like many former players have shown up as much this year, but it is early though too.

Does it matter? Who cares if some player from the past hangs around or not? Yeah, it's neat if they do, but if not, then meh.

Unfortunately, Emmitt's one of the most natural runners I've ever seen. You can't teach that kind of vision and movement. He doesn't even know how he does it ... he just does it. That's why he makes a bad coach.

 Spoken like a true conspiracy theorist.

Emmitt could coach up a RB if he wanted. That I have no doubt.

Sir. Are you begging to have your own thread closed?

I'm sure he does...but it would be cool for us fans and for the team for him to show up. You know...represent the STAR.

Emmitt has already paid his dues. It's none of our business on how he choses to spend his time. Nor to speculate where he should and should not be.
