Where is our starting defensive tackle?

Ash and price were practice squad guys. Any of the 31 other teams could have given them an offer.....but they got none. Price was on greenbays squad.

Irving was on KC's so what? They were prospects and developed. Both Ash and PRice can sink a knee and stand up to double teams. I don't care how they were acquired. The both bull rush but Price can swim and push pull to disengage from blockers. Being on GB's development squad doesn't mitigate that.

He also had his best season without a foot injury. I think he can play either but he was better in 2016 than 2017 no doubt.

Hayden could not stand up to double teams and I really think you underrate that skill. You analysis is shallow and that speaks to you being emotional as opposed to rational. You have a pet cat that was not picked?

I get the concern but Hank Gathers was having issues for over a month, refused his medication, and played through it anyway. From what i understand Hurst has not had the palpitations.

I get the concern and why he is falling but I really hope someone at least gives him a shot.

For years homie, for years!! Every draft I call for this , I remember I wanted Tay Cody from Alabama the year we got Sean Lee. I know that's not a good example I'm just pointing out how long I have clamored for us to draft a good Defensive Tackle. I just don't get why they don't & I can't point out any team that's successful that practices this philosophy. It's maddening

But if they didnt take him in 1st 3 rounds, you sure cant count a late round rookie starting.
Thats very unusal...happens, but could never expect it.
