Wagner is clearly the MLB, would we move Micah to OLB and then on passing situations move him to end??

My best guess is:

- Micah moves to outside- off the ball LB role.
- Wagner in the middle mike role.

- we'll still are moving Parsons around,.. from all angles to confuse and disrupt offenses and blocking schemes.

- A bigger question is where and how would we play Miller should he sign on with Cowboys ?

Regardless of who we sign, Micah should play similar to the way Lawrence Taylor played for the Giants. Not always rushing the QB, but doing it a lot.

Micah doesn't have a set position. Quinn moves him all over the field to take advantage of match-ups.

I don't know, but if I have to see him 20 yards down field covering TE2 or WR3 it's going to drive me crazy.

He's one of the best pass rushers in the NFL and we only rush him like 50% of the time.

Let him be Lawrence Taylor. This is with or without Wagner.

Micah is already used all over the field anyway. Passing situations they can use him to rush the QB, which they would probably do on most passing downs, but they can also drop him back in coverage as a different look. Michah is best moving around where it's harder for the offense to account for him. Unfortunately I doubt Wagner will be a Cowboy.

Micah is a jack of all trades...and a master of...EVERYTHING....

The anti master of NONE type....that they called position flex....

LVE played the position that fans envision when they reference MLB.
- The LB that takes on blocks from OLinemen in the run game.
- The actual MLB varied. Quinn played Nickel or Dime on almost all snaps.
- There really isn't a true MLB in Nickel because there are only 2 LBs.
- Quinn played LVE as a stack-and-shed LB on run downs.
- That's the equivalent of a DLineman playing 2-gap.
- LVE playing that style allowed Parsons to play a rover position without defined gap responsibilities.
- Neal replaced LVE on passing downs.
- Neal struggled vs the run when Parsons played DE and Neal & LVE were together at off-ball LB.

Geez, they would have so much versatility in nickel having Parsons and Wagner on the field. I really believe this is what the Cowboys are maneuvering for right now.

It'd be fun to speculate, but I don't think Wagner comes here. More like where will Parsons play if LVE or the linebacker we picked up from pizza hut signs.

probably on another team in a few years when he realizes this pretend team is going nowhere.

Same spot cause we ain't signing anyone that was not a part of this team last year.

They will be returning Parson's side kick at LB (sigh)
No Wagner ... highly doubt it was ever serious.
