Where to find out if the game will be on tv?

During the week of the Rams game somebody posted a link to a map and it showed which games would be on. Anybody know where I can find that for this week's games. Im thinking the Philly game is going to be on here but i still got a little hope the Cowboys game will be on. If not I'll just go to the sports bar but I would much rather watch it at home.

Last time I check, grey meant a blackout. San Fran IS in that blackout zone, if that is what that means (I don't know for sure).
