Where Was Ware?

I feel that exact same way about Ware and Witten. I thought that way about Witten for awhile, but these first two weeks Ware has played soft in crunch time. Nobody can deny that unless you are just a homer. If the most "hype" guy on your defense is your cornerback your defense isn't going to be too tough. Players don't seem to feed off each others energy. If you know about football you KNOW what Dallas is lacking on defense. Ware is not a great player, he is a very good player.

I hate to critcize Ware because he is one one of my favorite players. But Ware just doesn't get the defense all that fired up. I watch Matthews and Harrison and they play with a rage that seems to be missing from Ware and our defense.

I don't know maybe I'm just depressed tonight but I'm like Jimmy Johnson. I want playmakers, and right now we dont have any.

I agree wholehearthedly. Been saying it all along. Makes a sack and get sup and pounds his chest when the scores 35-10.

I think Ware is a great player, but he's not a dominating player. He doesn't take over games. He's consistently good all phases of the game, but not dominating, especially when we need him to be. I can only think of one game - the Saints game last year - where he made a critical play with the game on the line.

Our secondary was horrific today and forced us to be more conservative then we had initially intended to be.

The Bears were doubling Ware alot when he rushed. Someone else needs to step up amongst the DL.

It is too bad that Bowen has been invisible so far this year in the nickel. We need him to step his game up.

Wow.

After only two weeks, multiple posters are beginning to doubt Demarcus Ware. Things have not gone as expected, have they?
