Where's all the motion and shifting in our offense?

Do we not like to keep senses defenses guessing what's coming?? We send turpin, and CEEDEE in motion all the time and that's it. Where are the pulling guards and other scheme plays that cause you to get scared of what's coming next. We can't just keep running shotgun everyone go deep and hope something good happens. How do we solve this boring offense

Our offense hasn't had motion since Landry was HC. For some reason, we don't motion regularly.

I think the offense is boring because of the players on the roster. You really have 1 playmaker in lamb and a bunch of average at best after that.

You won’t see as much pulling on the oline because the cowboys went with larger bodies for a power run game. This is simply the trade off. They have enough athletes on the oline to pull on occasion, slide the pocket, etc but these guys won’t be doing it consistently. The RBs are largely between the tackle style runners as well.

These are the issues a lot of people were highlighting about the cowboys all offseason, defenses aren’t guessing what’s coming when most of your players are one dimensional.

A Roger's stated big Mike has little to no creativity, he wasn't wrong.

Jerry hired him, because no one could do better as a GM of this team.

Hope you all enjoyed those last 3 seasons of 1 and out in the playoffs, because looks like we won't even make it there this year.

Hope Jerry makes a barrel of money again this year.

Jerry hired him after big mike spent the night at Jerry's place and convinced him you dont need motion to be good. Helps conserve energy both on and off the field.

i think just the opposite ...i think it's boring becuz of the current coaches on staff.
- and it starts with McCarthy.

- We don't pre snap or shift the ball around to roll opposing defensive alignment and coverages to create lanes, openings

- we're horrid at run scheme .. we won't involed the RBs in pass game ... we dunno how to scheme our backs to fit their skill set.
- the OL run scheme is dreadful. it's nuthin like what we are seeing in Niners, Miami, Buffalo,..Detroit

- we have 4.3 speed WRs but we dunno how to scheme and maximize that vertical speed. ...
- we use Cooks like a possession guy - not like the vertical splash guy we traded for him to be ..

- Saints and Shanhan offense seems geared to stretch the offense both in run game and pass game ... while we scheme more for
ball control possession than splash plays ...

Same rhythm, same structure that we started out last year in in first half of 2023 ....Offensively that's on McCarthy
