I never even noticed that Rowdy was AWOL! But now that you mention it I haven't seen that gigantic smiling foam face around.

Has anything been said, officially, about him being gone? Do they plan on bringing in a new mascot? I suggest Cowboys on real horses. Then it could be a real 3 ring circus at Cowboys Stadium :laugh2:

Didn't he get banned from Texas Stadium by the league for doing something last year. I cant remember exactly what but I seem to remember something about that.

There probably are, but I can't think of another team that has a dumb mascot like Rowdy. Mascots like Rowdy really don't fit in NFL football. They work in baseball because of all the downtime in the sport and in basketball because the arenas are much smaller and mascots can be more involved with the fans. Seems like hardcore fans are more noted in the NFL, like Crazy Ray for us, the barrel guy in Denver, the black hole, the hogs, the dog pound, etc., which is the way it should be IMO.

If that wuss is REALLY gone than it quickly becomes our best personnel move in 15 years. I've always said we'll never win it all with that weenie as a mascot. You just couldn't take our team serious without him around.
I was always annoid, and embarrassed for our team by his presence.
