Tiki talked so much crap about the Gents after leaving.
  • They couldn't do it without him.
  • He was the team.
  • They were nothing with him now sitting in the studio.
  • Coughlin was a blundering idiot.
The list goes on and on...

This guy was off the hook about the Giants as soon as he turned in his uniform. Where is he now? I an willing to bet money he's gripping pretty hard over not getting a ring. Karma is a.... you know the rest.

I think this might have hurt Tiki's bid for the HOF. He was a great player, and he always gave us fits. But no Tiki and Shockey made NY and Eli look for other players. I noticed Bradshaw in the Tampa game, and him and Jacobs, though not hte best pairing in the league, were good enough.

I always said that the distractions and bad mouthing of the staff was hurting this team and that it was stunting the teams growth and unity. I hoped that things stayed that way....

Once Tiki left... that took care of one cancer... then Shockey got hurt... THE GIANTS SURGED.

It is not a coincidence. The team played loose... not uptight worrying about what one of the jokers was gonna say or do...

I don't think he had much of a chance to begin with. But yeah, this blew what little chance he had out of the water.

What's even better is that Ronde's got one too.

I think Tiki would take his cameo appearance on Bravo's Project Runway over a Super Bowl ring any day of the week. He rolls like that.

I agree that he likely had a very slim shot, at best, of making it to the HOF in the first place. Now that slim hope has become nothing more than a microscopic (spelled wrong probably) sliver now.

He has to feel like a real moron now for walking away like that.

That is very difficult to believe.

I don't agree with that at all. He's kicking himself, very hard, for the last 24+ hours for not being able to not be such a mouth and missed a shot at the ring.

He also talked very negatively about Eli. He disclosed during the season that Eli tried to give a speech after a game last year and said that Eli sounded like a little kid and guys were laughing at him.

Yeah when I heard that I thought it was very lowlife of Tiki.

Very well put Mick. The Giants were a much better TEAM without Tiki and Shockey. Football is still the ultimate TEAM sport and they proved that on Sunday.

At least Shockey will get a ring for being on the roster but Tiki gets nothing but a healthy serving of crow.

BTW, I LOVE your sig pic!

Tiki was a good player, but I never thought he was a HOF.

What a random post. I get that it's about team chemistry, but what does Flo, Roy, and Carp have to do with the Giants chemistry?

:lmao2: good one WoodysGirl.

But really Nors, you think getting rid of Flo is going to help the team. I mean I have heard so much about how much RW is getting beat and this & that, But Flo? Really??

Plus, Carp is draft bust and we all kinda figure that out ourselves, but he is not a starter. Again, how is having him leave going to make this team better?

I was thinking the same thing.

I picture Tiki staring out a window as his teammates line up to accept their rings ... a tear rolls down his cheek, that stupid toothy smile disappears.
