Out of Taco, Lewis, Awuzie, Switzer, Woods

My pick - Switzer - essentially a starter - good chance to replace Lucky if he can handle NFL hits (did not miss game in college -knock on wood), potential to create havoc as slot receiver giving new options in offense.

2nd choice - Lewis - Oscan seems to be aging badly, and he may be the best slot replacement.

3rd choice - Woods - my bet for one of the DBs in dime.

I'd say Awuzie or Taco. Switzer will most likely play a big role on special teams, but I'm not sure how much he'll contribute on offense unless we suffer an injury. He's not getting in the lineup ahead of Dez, Williams, or Beasley.

i did not pick them because figured taco has long learning period and awuzie may be competing for an outside cb job with experienced players who are healthy in brown and the philly cb.
FO made a big deal about playing switzer and beasley together.

I agree with the Switzer prediction. He's gonna kill it on punt returns alone. What he brings to the offense is an added bonus.

I'd go with Lewis since he could be starting day one, he's got first round talent but for the off field issues.....defensive linemen take a couple of years to develop, Switzer and Woods are just special teams players and won't see much regular playing time ..

1. Switzer. I think he contributes to our special teams unit from Day 1 and gives us great field position. I think he's also going to absorb the playbook quicker than most, and he's going to be a weapon Dak trusts early.

2. Taco. We brought him in to pass rush. He may not get a great deal of sacks (I'm giving him 7 on the season), but his presence will help other defensive linemen get free.

3. Lewis. This kid can play, and his technique is superb. If we get the pressure we should, I think he's going to get a chance to make interceptions.

assuming switzer and rico make it, i would be most curious in a red-zone offense with dez, zeke, rico, switzer and beasley with switzer and beasley doing rub routes, rico who is always 'open'.

Switzer, I think he handles punt returns and makes a lot of catches.

If everything goes as expected, this is going to be a dangerous red zone offense. I mean, you have the double threat of Zeke (rushing or catching out of the backfield), the double threat of Dak (run or pass), the shiftiness of Switzer and Beasley (both who can cut on a dime), the jump ball ability of Dez and the rebounding skills of Rico.

Straight nasty, homie. ;)

Cheating a bit but Jaylon will be the biggest impact followed by Tapper/Taco

Switzer will return 2 punts for TDs and set up the offense with better field position. He gets my vote.
