I'm going with Bo Scarbrough, our 7th rounder. Love the way this kid runs. Of course with Zeke, he will never be a starter for us but with some coaching, I think he can push Smith.

1 (19) Leighton Vander Esch I LB I Boise State Broncos
2 (50) Connor Williams I OL I Texas Longhorns
3 (81) Michael Gallup I WR I Colorado State Rams
4 (116) Dorance Armstrong Jr. I EDGE I Kansas Jayhawks
4 (137) Dalton Schultz I TE I Stanford Cardinal
5 (171) Mike White I QB I Western Kentucky Hilltoppers
6 (193) Chris Covington I LB I Indiana Hoosiers
6 (208) Cedrick Wilson I WR I Boise St. Broncos
7 (236) Bo Scarbrough I RB I Alabama Crimson Tide

Schultz

He can do what Witten did the past couple of seasons but with better blocking. Just because there are no flashy stats, does not mean he can't catch or run crisp routes. Stanford uses their TE's pro-style and are asked mainly to block. He is NFL ready.

Anyone picked on saturday that ends up not being a complete waste will surprise me.

Except bo, i thought he would have been drafted earlier honestly.

He certainly had a good college coach......

I thought very highly of Gallup thoughout the process and would have liked him at 50, so that's my pick.

Obviously will need to develop a connection with Dak, but I think he's the most talented wideout on the roster and could become a favorite target by the end of the season.

He's not flashy, more of the steady/reliable type, which I think plays into what Dak is looking for.

Gallup will get a good shot so I will say him
Shultz is intriguing but rookie TE don’t do much, even most high prospects
Lots to lean

I'll be surprised if we get anything out of Covington at all other than special teams. I'll also be surprised if Armstrong is a strong rotational piece or better.

Gallup.

His tape is superb. Knew very little about him pre-draft, has all the tools.

Schultz. Coach David Shaw called him the "most complete" TE to come out of Stanford in recent years. Above Zach Ertz, Coby Fleener, Austin Hooper. They may be better pass catchers, but can't block like this kid.

Gallup could be a player that catches coor by surprise. God would it be something if by mid-season, this kid has taken TWill job and drawing double-team ( LOL I know, don't get carried away )

Gallup and I don't think its close. I think he probably immediately becomes the best route runner on the team, (assuming Witten retires) and probably will have the best hands.

The first three are home-runs.

Dorance Armstrong and Dalton Schultz will be better than expected...I think this entire group can be special.

Agreed.
