We still see a lot of threads about ex-Cowboys, so here is where you call it....

Who will have the best season vs last year? I know it's tough to weigh it with different positions and levels of play, but since we hear so much on players we shouldn't have ditched, who do you think will have the best season this year vs his last season on the Cowboys? And why? Already starting to see some things that will affect their year like the LC status, and Coop not having his best QB until late season.

I don't keep up with these guys religiously, so apologize in advance if anyone has already been cut from their new team and I still listed them.

Your choices:

-- La'El Collins, Bengals
-- Amari Cooper, Browns
-- Randy Gregory, Broncos
-- Cedric Wilson, Dolphins
-- Brent Urban, Ravens
-- Keanu Neal, Buccs
-- Connor Williams, Dolphins
-- Greg Zuerlein, Jets
-- Malik Turner, 49ers
-- Damontae Kazee, Steelers

I'm going to skip the 'Big 3 - LC, Coop, Gregory' and instead go with Connor Williams. I don't think he was that bad of an offensive lineman, just got a rap for penalties. Change of scenery will do him well.

Coop …60-70 catches

Votes so far. If you picked 2 players, I went with your first choice.

Wilson definitely a fan favorite. I see the reasons why people who didn't pick him. Bad QB. But for those saying he's not high on depth, ESPN has him in the starting three. I don't follow Fins Training Camp and I'm sure depth is changing just as fast as our team.

So many people who were mad about the LC move, but none of them showing up now I guess?

Surprised too that more people aren't picking Gregory.

Cedric Wilson - 9 Wow.
Coop - 6
Connor Williams - 5
Gregory - 3
Greg the Leg - 1
LC - 1
Malki Turner - 1

Not what you asked but I’d say the guy we may miss here that no one talks about ever is Urban. He never really got a real chance here because of injury and doesn’t get any push but the guy can play the run pretty well. I’m not saying we would have won the game, but I think if he were healthy for the SF game there is a chance it might have gone a little differently. As an early down rotation guy I think he has value. A starting DL of Tank, Armstrong, Gallimore and Urban could perhaps do a good job against the run and then you rotate in your pass rushers to do their thing. If Bohanna or Ridgeway steps up then he isn’t needed IMO so hopefully that happens, but we don’t yet know if that will happen.

Ced Wilson. We don't have another WR who can throw a beautiful pass for a TD like he could!! :p

Yuk!!! What a horrible list that is.

NO WAY!! Connor Williams? Arent they putting him at Center? He is destined to fail miserably. Although that team may have good success.

I would like to say Wilson but Miami doesn't have a quarterback to get him the ball.

Amari Cooper. I think having Brissett as quarterback will actually help him establish a rapport with Cooper. Cooper runs precise routes. That's what any quarterback needs, especially a backup. "I'm in trouble, I know where my guy is going to be."

Next would be Randy Gregory. Weed is legal in Colorado. He's in pot paradise. He'll play like it. Eight sacks. But he'll make a pot-headed mistake at some point.

The small sample size that I've seen of Malik Turner, showed me that he is fast, shifty, and a hard runner. Those are qualities that are very pleasing to the likes of Kyle Shanahan and the S.F. 49ers. This pairing is definitely worth keeping an eye on..
