Morris Claiborne
Greg Hardy
Mackenzy Bernadeau
Rolando McClain
Jeremy Mincey
Matt Cassel
Lance Dunbar
Kyle Wilber
James Hanna
Danny McCray
Jack Crawford
Jeff Heath
Tyler Clutts
Ron Leary
Charles Brown
Robert Turbin

I'm tendering Ron Leary and Jeff Heath. Maybe even put a 2nd round tender on Ron Leary. I would resign:

Hardy - ONLY at the right price. Lot less then he probably thinks.
Bernadeau
Dunbar
Wilber
Hanna
Crawford

No Claiborne and No McClain. Don't need guys that only show up at times or when money is involved. Need to constantly be nurtured and babied. Need to move on from both. The ONLY way I even consider it is they are incentive based contracts .

Hardy, possibly Mo, very possibly RoMac
And Hanna, with the injury to Escobar, need a TE, do we really want them to draft a TE again...lol...

All the rest can be replaced depending other FAs and the draft.
But some, I would like to be signed, but if churned in TC wont complain.

All the RFAs. Hardy and McClain depending on numbers.

Would be nice to bring back Dunbar on a short term contract. This year showed what he could do when given more gametime, but do not want to overpay for a 3rd down back.

Keep RFAs

Resign:
Hardy
McClain-1 yr deal
Claiborne- a LOW based 3 year deal with chance to earn incentives for production and snaps played.
Bernadeau-Can play multiple spots and is a good depth player.

Not a lot of love for Dunbar, but he was a difference maker in the passing game. Have to bring him back for what will be a resonable contract dependent on his health. Other than Dunbar, Claiborne, Wilber, Crawford, Hardy, and Mcclain are the guys I would most be interested in potentially bringing back. Leary I would tender with a 2nd rounder he may garner interest from a lot of teams, but is a valuable swing guard if needed. This is the last year we will be able to retain him with leverage as he could start for a lot of other teams.

Wilber isn't going anywhere imo. Sends an awfully bad message when you don't pay guys like him. Guys who live in the weight room in the offseason.

I bring back:
Claiborne
Hardy
Bern
JCrawford
Dunbar
Hanna
Heath

There is not a single free agent that is a must sign. Hardy is a maybe but he was never dominant this year. The price has to be right. Claiborne was decent but ends up hurt again. Really haven't noticed much of a drop to Olatoye so hardly seems worth it. Mincey maybe for cheap depth. All of the RFA and ERFA. Might resign Hanna for cheap with injury to Escobar but he has to be the most unathletic TE for someone with his measureables. Turbin should be back. McClain was his typical enigma....almost invisible for the first 4-5 games back, then played pretty decently the last 5-6 games. Again, price has to be right.

What is more important is which guys WITH contracts won't be back. Carr has to be a goner in whatever way saves us the most money. Doug Free was serviceable but is getting paid too much to be just serviceable. Barry Church is a huge question mark. I have always liked his in the box ability but he costs 3-4 times as much as Wilcox. I normally say go with the young guy but Wilcox doesn't seem to have gotten any better.

Looking at our projected starting lineup from this year I think we need definite upgrades in Red and competition in Blue

WR - Bryant
TE - Witten
OT - Free
OG - Martin
C - Frederick
OG - Collins
OT - Smith
WR - Williams
RB - McFadden

FB - Clutts
QB - Romo

LS - LaDouche
K - Bailey
P - Jones

DE - Lawrence
DT - Crawford
DT - Hayden
DE - Hardy ???
LB - Hitchens
LB - McClain ???
LB - Lee
CB - Carr
S - Jones
S- Church
CB - Scandrick/Claiborne

Should be at least 4 new starters, 6 based upon status of Hardy and McClain, and multiple other spots for upgrades.
