Doesn't matter which one. You could add Vince Lombardi to the list and this guy is still going to destroy it all.

I’m curious how so?? I know it’s the “popular” thing to say for some casual fans and may have even been true in the past, but is that really the case now? For those that really pay attention, it’s obvious that Stephen Jones and Will McClay play a huge role in personnel acquisitions. They also lean heavily on the Head Coach and his staff. The team has been making trade after trade lately, giving this coaching staff and team the tools to be successful. You would be hard pressed to find many teams that have been more aggressive this past year acquiring talent. The team is loaded, but the execution sucks! I’m having a hard time seeing how that’s on the owner.

LOL

Garrett. At least his defenses were league average outside of the Rob Ryan and Monte Kiffin years

But McCarthy over all of them. We had a good coach and yall wanted him ran outta here essentially because Dak is a horrendous big game qb

Oh boy. We got a live one here.

of those 3...jason garrett.
his teams were better prepared and his defenses were more competent.
but we never should've let mccarthy go.
there is no reason why he should not still be the hc.
none.

Look around the league for the best and brightest OC's and DC's preferably at an age below 40

It's on the GM. Think about it, the GM is responsible for hiring the coaches as well as player acquisitions. You're not seeing the typical structure of an NFL team.

The GM is responsible for everything. I'm having a hard time seeing how you don't blame the owner/GM.

Campo's teams played good defense. His drafts were ruined (No 1st round picks for 2 years) with the Galloway trade and he never really had a QB.

I'll take Campo.
By a large margin.
