I have Emmitt and Roy.. I just dont think Id ever want to wear one besides those two.. for instance, if I were to buy a new one, I would probably go with Newman, Ware, Witten, or Julius (if he could stay healthy and have a good year).. but come Sunday when I put a jersey on, I just cant see myself putting on a Ware or Newman instead of my old Emmitt jersey or my Roy jersey..

Bought my TO jersey already. I might buy a Carpenter or Ware. I like to have a Witten but I want to make sure we lock him up in a cotract before I get one.

the answer lies in your signature

really, if you cant decide, I would go with the proven player.. you know that Roy is a star and the face of this defense.. Carpenter may be a stud.. or he may be collecting dust in the back of your closet three years from now, right next to that Chad Hutchinson jersey..

When I eventually have the money to spare, I will get a #30 jersey, with HOLT on it. Then my life will be one step closer to being complete.

I was thinking about getting a Ware jersey. I'm not paying $300 for one. Anyone know if the "authentic jerseys" on Ebay are legit?

some are.

i got a home Roy Williams jersey on there, but i forget who theseller was. i'll check on it to see if i can find out the name for ya and PM you.

but i was gonna shell out the $275+ @ the pro shop in Texas Stadium last season. but, the authentic Roy Williams' home jersey they offered had a thinner font for the numbers. and it was ONLY on Roy's jersey. all others had the thicker numbers that they actually have on the game worn jerseys.

anyways, when i got home i checked ebay and got one for $200 including shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all numbers and letters are tackle twilled. even comes with the elastic bands at the end of the sleeves, which i had taken off at my local cleaners(felt like Snow White with the poofy sleeves).

but i will see if the records of that purchase are still on my eBay acct, so i can see if i can find the seller's name.

as for the jersey i would LOVE to find is an authentic(or as close to it as possible) of an "old school" away/blue Roger Staubach jersey. i am talking about the lighter/royal blue jersey. it will need to be complete with the Cowboy style letters and numbers AND they must be tackle twilled.

doesn't have to be Mitchell & Ness, but as long as it looks like the real deal.

anybody know where i can find one, i have looked all over eBay, but no dice.

any help would be appreciated.

here's an idea for Jerry and the staff @ VR.

why not sell "authentic" practice jerseys? i know they sell practice jerseys, but you only have 2 choices. a #12 in white or #99 in blue. plus i notice that in the mini camp pics that the numbers are sewn on the practice jerseys. but, in the ones they offer, they are poorly screen printed.

why not offer "authentic" practice jerseys that can be customised with any number you want.

maybe they can be offered for $100?

what do you think?

if that was to happen, i would buy the white one with #24(my lucky number)

The Answer hasn't bought a new jersey in a quite some time but I would definitely like to get my hands on a Bledsoe one though, preferably a limited edition replica. Hopefully they won't be too hard to find, I've heard they've been flying off the store shelves fast...

If I can't get my hands on a Bledsoe one, than definitely TO for sure...possibly Roy Williams or Marion Barber the 3rd as a back up plan.
