The loss to the Skins hurt more (as in "did more damage"), because it was a home division game.
As for the physical feeling of being shot in the gut, that was about the same. I'll say this though, winning in Seattle would have been more impressive than beating the Skins at home. I was surprised at how many of the experts gave us no chance in this game. It was a chance to make another statement, and we very nearly pulled it off. That's what hurt.
