Which of the remaining playoff coaches would you rather have over Wade?

I can't stand Payton. I don't feel as though he is a good coach at all. Probably the most overrated coach out there IMO.

You get rid of Wade, you get rid of the DC. Defense is what turned this season around when it did.

If we had Payton, would we have a very good D? I have my doubts.

Plus, I don't see any way that Wade would step down and lose the title HC to just be the DC, even though that is what he really is.

I like Caldwell in Indy. I know he more or less inherited Dungy's team, but he has done a great job with them. I think it was dumb to give up on the undefeated season, but I think that team has been the best in football since pretty much week one.
