DeMarcus Ware winning DPOY.. If training camp is any indication of what Mr Ware is about to do (which I know TC is not), then Ware will win it hands down. We will obviously know more after a few pre-season games.

I went with Spencer winning DROY because I think he will get a lot of playing time and should benefit from playing opposite Ware.
