Which of these three TV themes do you like best?

I think TV show themes have less of impact these days simply because there are way more shows being produced due to streaming.

There were a lot less TV shows being produced pre-1990 and a lot more focus was put on creating great themes for them that were defining, recognizable and rememberable.
A lot of the older theme songs were radio hits. I can't think of any since the 80's.

Some of course became radio hits after their popularity and theme songs surged in popularity like it did with Friends, Cheers, Dukes of Hazzard, Miami Vice, etc.

That said, I think because there were fewer TV shows being produced back then and less entertainment options for people of all ages, prime time TV shows were watched by a large percentage of people so it increased the chances of songs sticking with people.

Although much less common these days, that phenomenon still happens when a TV show reaches critical mass like it did with Game of Thrones. The GoT theme may not have made it to radio, but it was widely recognizable by a lot of people.

It is almost not a fair comparison. The production quality of two of them is poor compared to GoT. Two sound very much like the music of their time and GoT is more classical. Hawaii Five-0 is catchier than the other two, but I'd say the GoT theme is a little more complex.

I actually have the original Spider-Man theme on my phone.
One day, I was at work in the toilet stall, and I accidentally hit the cue for that song to start, with that DA DA DA DAH DA DAH DA! Intro. I immediately hit "stop", and I hear my foreman's voice..."What the Hell was that???"

I said, "I'm just preparing you for what's about to happen in here."

That's mainly because the Hawaii Five-0 theme was written to be played by brass bands while the GoT theme was composed to be played by an orchestra.

The former you react to and the latter you listen to.

Yeah yeah yeah I know, not TV but I had to include it. Tony Manero was at the top of his game here!
