Sure, what teams strive for is a balanced attack. Unless you are Sid Gilman or All Davis.

But if you rated the following players on their dependability or skills, who'd you give the ball the majority of the time?

1. T.O.?
2. Witten?
3. Barber?
4. Glenn?

Me, it would be Barber. And when they stack the line, bam! the slant or long ball to our talented receivers corp.:disseags: All are good, but with MBIII it's always money.

Monday is too long to wait.

Below is the move I taught Emmitt.
:mchammer:

What I'd do is run MB3, and get into short 3rd down situations, for a dumpoff to Witten.

I'd suck the defense to the LOS, and then throw over the top to Glenn.

Last time at Dallas, we used the pass to set up our offense. I really expect to use the run to set it up this time around. LOOK FOR BARBER TO START.

I think they'll expect the pass (just like last time) in the beginning, and they'll be bewildered to start the game (giving MB3 some good yardage). Then, they'll get sucked in, throw a bomb to Glenn, and their defense is off-balance.

I'm more worried about how our defense will play the Eagles. I don't think Garcia has the ability to throw deep, taking away the big passes that they used against us at Philadelphia.

Heh, got a bit off topic right there...

1. T. Glenn
2. M. Barber
3. J. Witten
4. T. Owens

1. T.O. - lets get some more of those deep passes for TD's
2. Witten - hit him for atleast 10 every time
3. Barber - inside the 10
4. Glenn - this guy can get the ball anywhere on the field

I think MOST should be TO... it will give us best chance to be explosive..

First one to get the ball is the open guy...

Gee, fellas. you were to select one player.
Life is hard. You gotta make choices.

Barber!!!!!!

i like your thinking

During last weeks game I saw a stat where Glenn, Witten and TO all had 5 catches. Romo finished with 22 completions.

the running backs we then control the tempo of the game keep them off the field on offense keep our offense on the field wear down their defense and setup the PA pass.keep it on the ground stay with the run and stand by it.even if we get down by a little we have to control the game.

Very good and agree BUT I would like some ATTACK steadily programmed into our offense. Gotta get some BIG play pass action in there.

I would love nothign more than to just keep running it, suck them in, and then throw it long to Owens/Glenn. Since it's the Eagles, I'd LOVE to have Owens about 3 TD's.

Witten should get the most catches IMO.

The reason I say that is that I think when Witten is getting 5-7 catches a game Romo is getting into a good rythm of getting rid of the ball quickly.

I would like to see the RB's get more involved in the passing game too.

I just think that this type of game plan makes TG and TO even more explosive and dangerous when the ball does go their way.

all should get the ball as much as possible obviously but T.O and barber should be the first 2 options, the guys just score TD's PERIOD!

MB3.

1. RBs almost always get more touches then recievers.

2. If MB3 finishes a game with a lot of carries, it probably means we won the game.

Whoever is open should get the ball, it doesn't matter which player, just get open and Romo will get you the rock.

Give MBIII the ball early and often.

:D

Oliver Hoyte.

Seriously though the whole basis of the offense is that the defense doesn't just see just one primary threat. All the options are primary threats.
