Only one I see playing is collins.

Gregory is a reasonable answer. Just don't get serious about it. One on IR maybe. Hanna seems likely to me. Don't know about McFadden or Smith.

Why do you think there's still a chance Ro is coming back? With all the repeated posts that the only reason he's not cut yet is to free up $$. With his lack of a locker at the Star. With him staying away from camp? I'm genuinely interested as to how there's still room to think that. I wish we could have a MLB with his talent for the playoff run, but so much logic goes directly against it.

McFadden will be cut or rot on the NFI
Collins is the return guy from the IR- Emery would go
JSmith will not be this year
Gregory will be back Week 16 unless we get a roster exemption----????? injuries will happen

Good question.
I would say Collins, but that is one of those injuries hard to predict, better to have the year to heal. And we need that defensive spot more so right now since Leary is playing great.
Same for Tapper, a year off may be better in the long run. as he really didn't even have a TC, so no to him.

Hanna would help, and little as Escobar has been in there, or seem to be not much time, he may be gone, hopefully they trade him for at least a late round pick.
McFadden could replace Dunbar, and personally I hope he does. If not, there is another player better to trade than to release.
J. Smith, I won't even speculate until we hear the nerve has healed.
Gregory, once he is eligible, he will be activated, we will need him if we get to the playoffs. Need a stronger D for the playoffs.

So I say Gregory, Hanna, possibly McFadden

It's possible he gets better, rejoins the active roster, and still doesn't play.
