If you could choose any player on the team to have a breakout year who would it be and why?

For me it would be Isaiah Stanback because I'd like to have a legit #2 WR opposite TO. If he were to have a breakout year with his physical talents it could mean an offense that just causes defenders sleepless nights.

To me, #2 WR is the shakiest starting position on the team and if we had someone step up there and become a legitimate threat it means that we're not going to scramble for WRs for the next few years.

Can't decide between canty and spears.

There's just so many. I'd have to agree with Hos in that as badly as we need a #2 WR, I'd love to see Stanback catch fire this year.

On D, I love a pass rush so I'll say Spencer, but I really do expect him to have a breakout year. Tank having a big year would give Dallas so many options up front, and I'd love to see it happen for him. Again, I think it will happen.

There's no question it would be Roy Williams. Not to hijack the thread, but if we could see the old Roy Williams flying around, making plays and separating people from the ball, and if he could handle his own in pass coverage, this defense would be fearsome.

The time couldn't be better for him to quiet his critics, and prove his worth after all the talk this offseason.
It'd also be nice to have someone dispensible breakout to increase his trade value.

#1--I would like to see SPENCER explode because he would put the pressure on the QB with Ware and others.......and you already know about our CB upgardes......because of that SPENCER could have a HUGE impact.

#2--I agree, and go with Stanback for the same reason you state.
