And what percentage of the time?

Romo 4 out of 10 times
Eli 8 out of 10
Peyton 4-10
Wilson 6-10
Kaepernick 5-10

Just a few off the top of my head

Interesting thought. I would put Brady in the 8-9 out of 10 times, as with Eli. I think that's what makes their SB's so interesting.

Rogers and Rothlesburger(sp) would be 7-8 as well.

Flacco might fall into Eli type play average in the regular season, but has that knack in the playoffs, so probably 7 as well.

I think Peyton, Kapernick, Griffin - or players who rely on special talents are a 50/50 shot in that situation. They may make that one play that makes you go Holy Cow, or they may not. Peyton in the SB I think just sees defenses that can defend against his football intelligence.

Have to laugh at the Eli one. If you can continue to count on luck like the helmet pass and someone like Samuels dropping a pick in his hands sure.

it is luck, but at the same token it's a bit of that "it" factor that gets talked about. He had to escape like Houdini on the helmet catch, and then got it down the field. I think he is average at best in the regular season, but he's finds ways in the playoffs and superbowls.

Eli's Giants have been to the playoffs five times. Twice, they won the Super Bowl. The other three times, they lost their first game. Eli was atrocious in two of those games and mediocre in the third.

He (and team) have had 3 playoff one and dones too. Where was the "it" factor then?

Based on Brady going 0-2 in the last two SB. I would give 6-10 and that's being generous considering he hasn't won a SB since the cheating.
