I have TWO good ones IMO....
Option 1.... Fire Moore,....kick Philbin to offensive Co with MM taking over play calling duties and Philbin just helping with game planning and scheme like the 2 did in Green bay together for years, And hire his old O.L coach James Campen who is now available and is quite good.
What I like about option 1 is it preserves continuity so Dak and the offense dont have to learn a new system and terminology.
Option 2.....Fire MM, Moore, And Philbin. Install Dan Quinn as head coach and allow him to still call the defense. Hire Quinns old fellow coordinator in Seattle Darrel Bevell as our new O.C, and hire a smash mouth o line coach like Mike Munchak who is also very good and now available.
No matter what I want Philbin and Moore BOTH gone. I think option 2 MAY be better but option one more likely.
Neither of these options would be very hard at all to accomplish IMO
