New York Jets - best offensive tackle, best center, and a quarterback who many thought might have been as good as the 3 that went in the first round

San Francisco 49ers - Vernon Davis and Manny Lawson, maybe the best pure athlete draft, two guys who awe you with their physical skills

New Orleans Saints - maybe the best offensive player in the draft fell right in their laps

New England Patriots - got two of the most valued skilled position players (Laurence Maroney and Chad Jackson) at lower draft spots

Arizona Cardinals - got a QB who probably would have been the #1 overall pick last year at #10

Philadelphia Eagles - huge improvement on lines as 2 guys unexpectedly dropped (Brodrick Bunkley and Winston Justice)

I swear Philly and myself agree on draft day all the time.

Bunkley and Gocong... EXCELLENT picks.

I have to go with the Jets. They really improved their OL to give some protection to whoever they line up at QB. And they got a QB who could turn out to be the steal of this draft.

I was not happy to see the Eagles get Bunkley, I think he really helps that team and Cacong should be good for them as well. But I was never on the Winston Justice bandwagon and I think his high bust potential helps to mitigate the overall effectiveness of their draft.

I thought Gocong was a second day sleeper that the Cowboys probably had pegged in the fifth or sixth round. It seemed like all of the players that someone published came in for visits to the ranch went very high. Gocong was one of them and I can't remember the others but a lot of them were rated by many as second day talent. The other trend that I've noticed that wasn't mentioned as much in the past is emphasis on character and work ethic. Last year we made that a priority and it seems like most of the other teams are looking closer at that too.

I like what the Jets did, maybe Herm Edwards was the problem over there cause I think KC made some odd picks.

I think the 49ers got the best quality, with two freaks. But those players went around the time they should have, so I went with the Patriots who got guys that shouldn't have been there, those are steals.
