Which teams in the playoffs in the NFC and AFC has the best offense or best defense?

The Packers / Cowboys are a complete toss-up depending on which metrics you use to to measure the best offense in the NFC.

If you go <strictly> by 16-game metrics I think you'd have to go with the Packers, however, if you look more closely at what's been going on in December you'd have to favor the Cowboys -- they've been peaking where-as the Packer's offense has been averaging only in the high 20s the past months.

Best offense NFC = Dallas, AFC = Beleive it or not, i like Pittsburgh's (think their offense is better designed to win in post season than Denver.. NE is next.

Best Defense NFC = Arizona and Seattle are tied IMO. AFC = NE - they are not the best at either run or pass deefnse but they are faily good at both and balanced.
