What happened to your take “that was reported before Quinn was brought on” claim?
Recent news suggests they are in fact still very interested in Collins. Personally, don't like the fit nor taking another 1st rd linebacker again.

My only question with this if we're making Collins, a LBer, our first pick......what does that say about Jaylon and LVE? Are they admitting they are picking up LVE 5th year options or Jaylon's will have a more limited role, maybe not even starting? Remember his salary was just guaranteed last month.
It would suggests, either Lve or Jaylon are now apart of their future plans. Don't like the idea of drafting him even if one or both aren't apart of their core moving forward, have bigger needs to address.

In this scenario, the Dolphins take Pitts, but see DeVonta Smith on the board at 10. Cowboys #1 target Surtain is off the board. Which trade down option do you prefer?

10-1300 points
18-900 Points
50-400 Points

Exact Match

10-1300 Points, 99-104 Points, 138-37 Points
Total-1,441 Points
18-900 Points, 36-540 Points
Total-1,440 Points

In either trade back, think Zaven Collins would be their #1 target at 18. 44 would be a good spot for their corner. 36 is prime position for a Safety, where 50 gives them one of their Defensive Lineman targets.
I like option 2 but fans need to remember that when a team really wants to come up they tend to overpay especially when the team coming up knows the team moving down will mostly lose out on a guy they want ie Horn. Not against the move down but would target the LB/S from Norte Dame and then move back into 1st for Farley CB.

They love Collins and he would be their top target.
I think its possible they may even lose him at 18. However I still think we have a solid menu at 18.

Id go with 36. Having more darts always sounds appealing. But its the premium talent that delivers

Hearing strong buzz that if the Patriots do trade up for a QB, he or Parsons is their target. Heard they compare him to Hightower.
