Something I was reminded of this week while cleaning out space on my DVR is just how much I hate certain teams. I have my DVR set to record all of the "America's Game" episodes. Of course, my favorites are the 1971,77,92,93 and 95 Cowboys presentations, but I have also enjoyed many of the others. I enjoy the Packers one where Bill Curry talks about his rookie season and the character that made those Packers teams great. I enjoyed the one on the Super Bowl champion Chiefs. That is a great series of films.

BUT, I immediately, without watching them, deleted all the Steelers, all the 49ers, and all the Commanders. Couldn't even bring myself to watch them.

The Steelers because alot of their success came at our expense and some of it unfairly (can you say Swann running up the back of Benny Barnes)

The 49ers because I just hate them.

The Commanders, more of the same, I just hate them.

DO YOU HAVE ANY THAT HAVE GONE STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH BIN?

Every team that you mentioned, plus all the Pats episodes.

I think the one this week on the losing 69 Vikings will be good.

I agree. I really liked the chargers one last week too. Does anyone know how many of these new ones their going to show?

Only 5.

They are doing two about the Vikings.

The 49ers IMO are the most overrated sports franchise in history. They should give their trophies back. Back in the day, they were in the same division as the Rams, Saints, Falcons and Seahawks. For the most part, these teams weren't very good during the 49ers run, and they constituted half of the annual 49er schedule.

The Lombardi they won in 1994 should definitely be given back. It was later proven that they circumvented the salary cap that year. That alone should warrant a disqualification of their 5th SB victory.

I guess karma is a killer. They've been in a perpetual spiral downward for the past 10 years.
