jones boys have built a few good teams that had SB potential, but they blew those chances because they had below avg coaches!
so I wonder when they will realize they have to hire a real HC and staff along with building a good team to win a SB?

Right now they have mike the retread puppet HC, and kellen the OC they are trying to make into a OC and maybe a HC lol.
And this is one of the biggest problems they have right now, because it takes more than good players to go to a SB!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason they always like their guys is because it’s what lazy and ignorant people do: if they keep their own people they just have the lawyers draw up the papers. To trade or sign free agents would require that you do some home work, and know how to evaluate football talent. Stephen and Jerry won’t and can’t do either. And ironically, even when they take the easy way out extending their guys, they screw that up extending the wrong players and doing awful contracts that overpay.
