Jason Garret being a head coach as long as he has, is just a symptom of Jones’ being a terrible GM.

Keep everything the same and replace Garrett with a coach that can manage the game and it would be an improvement. At this point I think that's all anyone can ask for.

You think we’re losing because of decisions? I agree that the team is on the brink of completely collapsing and the time is near to fire Garrett.

But some teams REALLY stink. We’re a 500 team.

I would ask this. If you were someone who was considered a possible HC in the league, would you work for JJ knowing that he may tell you who was going to be your OC, DC, starting QB, etc...?
