I am from Jupiter.
I like Cap'n Crunch.
I think I am funny.
I think I can rap.
I should have been traded for the Bengals #1 pick.

Who am I?

I'm just kidding around because I had a similar thread last week...

but, Bennett's play is inexcusable. He dropped 2 gimme passes tonight on 3rd down.

I'm such a good blocker, I allow the team to overload the opposite side out of a wildcat to score a TD.

definitely don't trade those "good blocker" TEs for a 1st round pick...

they're gold!

hmmm....
If he also had Bennett's athleticism and size, yes.

We're averaging over 10 yards per play out of our 12 personnel package.

You do know we're killing it in the two TE package this year, right? It's been the highest producing package, hands down, almost every week.

I'm not completely denying Bennett's talent, potential or contribution.

I just don't think it's 1st round pick talent, potential or contribution.

His talent is worth it. The only argument would be that we could use that pick elsewhere on the team that would add more.

That's a stupid argument, though.

We should have traded Miles Austin for a second round pick when we had the chance.

Oh, wait...

John Phillips can block, Martellus Bennett can drop. I'm not going to complain though, we beat the Eagles!

Probably the same guy suggesting to cut Roy last week and trade Romo following week 2?

Gemini Christmas, we have no patience. The dude is a second year player and simply doesn't have Romo's trust/eye yet. It'll come, I bet. He can, and I think will, be a good player for us.

Clearly an egomaniacal turd stirring up trouble who should have been traded away.

Hopefully, he'll soon join Romo, Austin and Roy on the short bus out of town. ;)

I have quite the affinity for entering a draft with a pair of 1st rounders.
It provides some real negotiating power and allows a team to go after who they want/need instead of accepting what they get/must take.

However, if the Cowboys and Bengals keep playing the way they are, maybe those picks won't be very high.

If a team offered us a first round pick for Choice or Scandrick, would you take it in the middle of the season?
