Who Among us has Actually Played Football?

I was a cornerback on my powder puff football team in high school 2 years in a row, we were undefeated, does that count?

Be impressed if you want, I'm merely trying to give those like you, an idea of what it's like in a typical Locker room. I'll bet you're the shy type. You're the type that walks out of the shower with your towel wrapped around you

first of all, i wouldn't have told anyone that i:

1.played semi-pro ball
2.played while in the air force (of all branches)
3.played in England

...and i certainly wouldn't tell it in an attempt to gain respect from those of us who have actually played at various levels right here in the country where the only real football exists.

Ive been in lockerrooms(now, just because noone is older than 16 doesn't matter) I bet youre the lonely type, it seems you think you are very cool because you were in football. It doesn't make a difference bro, a nerd is still a nerd even if he played football...

Don't be simple! I agree with your statement, however, we were Americans, playing American football, on an American Air Force Base, In the United Kingdom!

Besides, England's closest version of American football is Rugby!

I already told you, im a linebacker and a TE, and play ST. Im going to move to DE this year...

The iggles suck isn't impressing someone, its stating my opinion, it isn't the same as stating over and over how you played football, and when the thread starts to die, you mention it again, and go into deail, just to make sure...

I just grew up in a comunity where "the other football" was bigger than American football and I just got caught up in all the hype. I play soccer...

I just recently moved to a city where high school football is "sliced bread" and I wish I played football when I was youger, and got into it, now (I will be a senior) it is too late.

I really don't even like the damn sport, the only reason why I play it is because I am good at it (physically, I have no idea about the game, and I don't care).

Still, I want my life to somehow revolve around this game, I am actually looking at schools in Philadelphia just because of the Eagles, I hope I can work there someday, trying to major in either sports management or a feild close to that.

That is my story, feel sorry for me.

I never even admitted my age over on the EMB, and if you ever read my posts over there, you will notice a huge difference in the way I write (I seem to know a lot more over there, backing a lot of my arguements up). Feel lucky you heard my story...pass it on to future generations...

Well it's my opinion that instead of insult my team, you'd choose some other way to complete your extreme boredom. Perhaps you should consult a doctor about being bored all the time; perhaps you're just boring!

I chose to express this lull in a positive, Healthy way. One thing is for sure, you don't sound bored anymore! No charge!

Soccer is a great game. Takes plenty of skill, and agility. You should pursue your goals with furvor.
