Last I checked, there's about 1 female NFL fan for every 1,000 male NFL fans.

Now how many of those females actually follow the sport closely enough to visit FOXSports.com regularly?

It got started in Nascar. This year when Fox covered Nascar they did the same thing and had Millions of votes each week, and I'd say the numbers of women who follow Nascar is close to the same as men who follow it.

Like you said women don't follow FB that much so why? How bout this by telling the racing female fans your doing the same thing every week on the FB pregame show the Females either watch Fox to see who the choices are or make their husbands watch Fox so they (the wife) can see who's on.
Either way I think its all about ratings and trying to get more women to watch or have their husbands change the channel from CBS to Fox.

BTW Fox's coverage of Nascar is 10* better than the idiots covering it now.
