Who are we rooting for today

Wrong I hate to break it to you but nothing being said in here debated in here carries over especially when if you're hoping that the Cowboys tank on purpose instead of organically the players are not doing it the coaches are not doing it so we might as well get on board with the possibility that mathematically we're still in it and could still make the playoffs and it's too bad that you feel that way but I'm sorry we're not tanking it's not happening there isn't a coach player or front office for most teams that would ever lose on purpose I know sometimes it looks like that but that ain't happening if they really wanted to do that they would've started Trey Lance as soon as Prescott went down and that didn't happen

oh and lastly there are things in place if Roger Goodell and that office sees it you're tanking on purpose they'll take draft picks from you they'll find you they will make you the poster boy for do not do this because it's not fair to the teams you're playing because teams they'll be playing down the road or they're in a fight trying to get in the playoffs and you just lay down and give them a free win that is not what competitive sports are about that is not protecting the integrity of sports you do not lose on purpose...

So you may want a better draft pick and we'll get one we got CD lamb at 17 don't be players like him all around the middle of the draft where we might end up drafting because we want a few more games and you wanted to disappointment whaa wha whaaaa..

This season is a lost season but it just helps if it wins it feels good it's around the holidays if you lose it doesn't bother you anymore because you know it can get you a better draft spot but nobody here is pulling for losses that is not how it works because that is not how the team's gonna do it so why even bother why try to push the tank narrative?!

I agree with you. What’s strange is those fans that want the team to tank are willing to waste 4 hours of their day to root for them to lose. If I had that mind state I wouldn’t even bother watching the cowboys for the rest of the season.

Unless it's the end of the year and everyone knows what's going to happen, trying to root for another team by asking others on who should win or lose to help "your" team, sitting at 5-7, is kind of sad IMO

The only thing you should worry about is if you want to make the playoffs is win each game. If you took care of that, you wouldn't be worried about backing into the playoffs.

I'm still trying to figure out why some want us to tank for "draft position". Who is going to be doing the drafting? The owner and the GM of the Cowboys, thats who, so good luck resting your hopes in that boat...

It's won thing to wish for them to lose (which i would never do), its another to think a crappy team that beat other crappy teams has a chance to make the playoffs in a win out and hope for 4 to 5 other teams lose the majority of their remaining games

I know it’s late but why we would we root for Minn? I would like to think that the Cowboys would want the Falcons to win the South so they don’t have to deal with them in a tiebreaker( if it gets to that point) at end of season.
