yes, it's a lineup.
And it's not like the Old School NBA all star game, where HOF old timers can just suit up and jump in a football game either. ..lol.

yes, you may want to go straight to NFC race right away right now, and maybe in time you'll eventually have at that when NFL decides to eliminate preseason altogether
but these lineups aims to gain live game playing experience and an opportunity to evaluate and sort players, that you cannot simulate and gain in mere camp practices.

And how many times have we had " Andy Jones" and " Lance Lenoir " that wow it in camp, but once the preseason games get here, any kind of live action games get here, they
simply disappear into thin air? Importance of Live game simulations and evaluations, imo ..

I'm excited to see all of them to be honest. But I'll be focusing on the Dline the most. That's been the weakness for several years now.

Gilbert - chances are he is opening day starter at QB - I'd say the odds are greater than 50/50 that Prescott opens the season IR with the designation to return label.

Honestly? Nothing. There is no way these players are prepared to play anything resembling real football. This is the dumbest thing the NFL does.

Hall of Fame game, right? How many players destined for the HOF do you think either team is going to put out there except to say they did and then get the off the field in a hurry? Each team added players to the roster just to have some to sacrifice in a game this early.

How stupid would the Cowboys look to put Collins or Martin or Big Smitty out there tonight if they get injured and that impairs them in any way for the season?

You can say this is football all you want and I will completely disagree. It is the only thing resembling the game of football being played tonight so there is that but it is a travesty on a day they enshrine the best of the game, they put something like that out on the field.

It's real football and not sure why you're so butt hurt about it. These youngsters are out there fighting for the football lives. Trying to live a dream many of them have had for most of their lives. It's a great thing to watch and appreciate.

Preseason time may allow certain ones that are without a great deal of experience some extra edge, (although i don't wanna see Lamb) playing in this one so early)
those certain one won't play long, maybe even a couple of series and outta there.

Couch....if we can have top 5 offense and top 12-15 defense we can go all the way....but every year we say super bowl and dont come close....how about making it to championship game?......if its one and done or worse

i want McCarthy gone because dont trust him he will lie to your face and does not care....after allowing his buddy the DC last year to attempt to install brand new complicated defense on Zoom with little practice time

such stupidity must be 'fired immediately"...just stupid people in my humble opinion....but with New DC who i like even though he could not hold on to a 28-3 lead in 3rd quarter of super bowl against Brady...and could

not hold us last year in second game of season.....wont hold it against him as head coach
