Who Are You Pulling For... Eagles or Commanders?

This is not an easy question, and the answers can be as varied as you want to make them because no answer is wrong.

But who are you hoping wins the matchup between the hated Eagles and the hated Commanders, and if you feel like it, explain why.

I know it is like asking which is better constipation or diarrhea, because both deal with crap, but this matters.



I am going to pull for the Commanders. I cannot believe I am saying that, but here are my reasons.

1. I want Mike Vick to fail.

2. McNabb beating the Eagles would be funny to me. A sweep would be even funnier.

3. Eagles have the better record right now and thus their loss assists Dallas more even though to the Skins have a head to head win against us.
 
Commanders. By far.


I want to see McNabb utterly destroy Philadelphia, an ungrateful city that treated him without class for 10 years.


I want to see the two teams knotted at 2-2 when this is over, rather than having the Eagles be 3-1.
 
Commanders..Eagles are much more of a threat to us in the Division so I want them to lose whenever possible.
 
The Commanders cause they arent going to contend for the division title.

Commanders, i want those troglodytes in Philly to be miserable and nothing would piss them off more then if their "better without McNabb" team lost to McNabb

right here is why i'm rooting for the Commanders.. and as much as i don't like McNabb, i've always thought that the way the crappy Eagles fans treated him was horrible (draft day boo's, always wanting him traded even though he was the best thing about their team), so i'd love to see him beat them..
 
At the same time, Commanders have the win over us should it come down to a tie between us two, that's something we can only help by beating them in our next matchup. On the other hand, a Commander win evens up the records a bit more.

Honestly I'll be satisfied no matter what the results.
 
I'm not pulling FOR either team. But, as a 26year-old Cowboys fan, you have to hate the Eagles even more than the Commanders for a variety of reasons, and I do. I understand that the generations before mine might dislike the Skins more... but I cut my teeth on the Jimmy/Buddy rivalry and have never had any reason to quit hating them so much. Ugh. I hate them.
 
Skins is the logical pick.

I just hope Vick isn't for real.
 
I want a tie after overtime that leaves both squads so sore they can't move for the next three weeks.

But if I have to pick one......Commanders. Right now I see the Eagles as more of a playoff contender and a threat to the division title, especially with that dog-killing felon playing well at quarterback.
 
This actually isn't a hard one. It's the Commanders by a mile.

I never, for any reason, root for the Eagles.
 
One, I hate the Commanders no matter what. I would root for Al-Qaeda against the Commanders.

Two, we can and should still sweep the Eagles. So umm, let's go Pigeons?

I was thinking the same thing! Blah... I don't like either team, but the Eagles have a better record, so I hope they lose.

At this point in the season I have to hope the Eagles lose - please notice this is completely different than hoping the Commanders win.

My two reasons:

1. Vick
2. Eagles record

I haven't decided if I'll actually watch the game or just wait to hear. I'd like to see how the Eagles look, but dear Lord it would be painful to watch.
