This is just a niggling thought.
Wade Phillips will want to make executive decisions about the team for FA and the draft but how much does he know about the personnel he has?
He will be briefed and watch tape..but the strengths of the starters, the backup OL, third QB etc. I wonder (worry) that, through no fault of his own, he isn't in a position to bring his wisdom/vision to bear, right?
