Gilmore to Buffalo at #10?

Poe to KC...ahead of Cox, Brockers and Ingram

Irvin to Seattle....what a reach!!

Weeden to Cleveland at 22?? he wouldve been there for them in the 2nd

AJ Jenkins to SF...after all the FA WR signings? Moss and Manningham.

Martin to TB....with Blount on the roster

Seattle. Took a 3rd rounder at 15. Al Davis smiling from the war room in the sky.

A ND WR to Az given their oline and pass rush needs.

I think STL tried to be slick and got caught

AJ Jenkins to SF tells me all i need to know about how Michael Crabtree is thought of by his new coach.

I'll agree on everything but the first and the last points. Gilmore was widely considered the second best corner in the draft, and was in a number of top 10s. So taking him at 10 really isn't a reach.

As for Doug Martin going to Tampa, I can't fault them. Blount was really special at times, but he also had ball security issues as well as injuries. They want a 3-down guy who can take the pressure off of Freeman and the passing game, and Martin is the best guy aside from Richardson to help them do that. They also took him about where he was rated, so solid value.

Yep. As if we didn't need to know anymore by pulling Moss out of retirement.

Washington. 3 1st rounders is too much to pay for any player.

They actually gave up two 1st rounders and a second rounder, and swapped their own first rounder for the Rams'. Still, I agree it's a steep price for anyone.

It's not to steep for a franchise QB.

If you are gonna be a diva, you better be a difference maker. Did he even play in that play off loss to the Gnats?

i friggin HATE The cards pick ... damn you dont go WR when you need D Line and O line so badly. *shrug* thats why they are the cards

For where they were picking, Cincinatti screwed the pooch the worst after Seattle. Basically traded Decastro for Zeitler and a late rounder.

Cleveland also didn't let the board come to them. They were picking Weeden regardless of what happened and left some talent on the board. Kind of disappointing for them because they made Richardson happen.

Depends on who you ask, and if he's the only franchise QB that would be available with any of those picks. If Trent Dilfer can win a Super Bowl, maybe all you need is a serviceable guy who has a dominant team around him. The team doesn't get to be dominant, though if you trade away all of the top picks for the next couple of years.

I think Weeden is going to end up being a pretty good player, actually. If he starts and the Browns play decent this year, then it was a great pick. Holmgren is a pretty good talent evaluator at the QB position. Just MHO.

Jacksonville... Don't think Blackmon will help them that much.

Giants... Seemed like they were set on a RB and when Martin went they just took the next guy.

SF... Not sure about the guy they took. Again, felt like they targeted a position, which is risky.

that seems true but Wilson reminds me of Lesean McCoy

Tampa Bay, and I liked Barron. They had an opportunity to grab one of the 5-6 real blue chippers in this draft. They traded down 2 spots for a measily 4th round pick to take a 2nd tier player in Barron at 7, and I didn't suspect anyone was treatening to take him in that range. A lot of people here acted like they were going to vomit all over themselves if the Cowboys moved up a few spots to take Barron at 11.

Doug Martin is a nice player, but he's going to be a platoon back, and I don't take a part time platoon back with a 1st round pick, much less use a 2nd and a 3rd to move up for him.
